All prices reflect discounts and taxes (as applicable). Additional charges may apply. If not deemed medically appropriate, Clevens Face and Body Specialists has the right to refuse
treatment and refund payment. No other refunds or exchanges will be given. Services are non-refundable. Laser Skin Resurfacing packages do not include additional touch ups. All appointments for services purchased at a discount through the 2025 Patient Appreciation Sale must be scheduled before September 30, 2025 for no later than December 31, 2025, and an initial consultation for such services must have already occurred by September 30, 2025. Once scheduled, a cancellation fee of $75 will be applied if appointments are not cancelled and rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount of your credit for pre-paid procedures and services listed above.
